ANZAC day 2021

“To those Australians who fell on French soil. In memory of their sacrifice for the freedom of all peoples”. Lest We Forget

On this national day of remembrance we commemorate all Australians and New Zealanders who served and died in wars, conflicts, and peacekeeping operations. We show respect to the contribution and suffering of all those who have served. As a French citizen and elected representative of the French community in Australia, I pay tribute to a lost generation of young Australians & New Zealanders. They gave their lives during World War I, crushed by a war they volunteered for, a world away from their families and their farms. Lest We Forget.
